Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

We charge a nominal of ₹ 90  shipping and handling fees. 

FULFILLMENT

Handled with care - allow upto 7 business days for fulfillment
Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in Odisha. In general, most products are made-to-order, while some are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow upto 5-7 business days for your order to ship out. Orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products can expect orders to go out within 3-5 business days. During the holidays and major promotions, shipping times may require additional time.  Once an order is packed and ready to ship, customers will receive the details with the tracking number via email. 

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by e-mailing our team at idikalifestyle@gmail.com. We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request. 

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-10 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

For international shipments, please allow up to one week for dispatch. Shipping usually takes an additional 2-3 weeks. We recommend placing your orders with this timeline in mind.
